20th Congress of Societa Italiana Di Psichiatria Memorial Ta

This marble tablet remembering the 20^th Congress of the “Società Italiana di Psichiatria”, held in Siena in 1933, can be seen in the entrance hall of the Central building of the Old “Villaggio manicomiale di San Niccolò”. In 1932 the old ‘Società Freniatrica Italiana’ had taken the new name of “Società Italiana di Psichiatria”: the numbering of the Society’s congresses remained the same.
