Giovanni Alessandro Brambilla’s Memorial Tablet

This marble tablet – possibly an old tombstone – in a cloister of the Basilica of St Anthony remembers that noted surgeon Giovanni Alessandro Brambilla died in Padua in 1800, while staying in the town for a few days.
