This memorial tablet can be seen near the entrance door of the administration building of the Policlinico Umberto I in Rome (Viale del Policlinico, 155).
The Italian inscription quotes some words sentenced by Guido Baccelli during the foundation stone laying ceremony of the hospital, on January 18, 1888.
