Johann Peter Frank Memorial Tablet

One of the Medical monuments and memories in the University central seat, in Pavia, is the marble memorial tablet to the memory of Johann Peter Frank, one of the founders of social medicine.

The latin inscription remembers his ten years long association to the medical school of Pavia, where in 1784 he was appointed as successor of Samuel August Tissot.
