This memorial tablet, located at the secondary entrance of the Clinica Spinelli in Belvedere Marittimo, remembers the professional way to work and live of the physician Oreste Emerico Spinelli, founder of the Clinic. It was unveiled on the 15th of July, 1947, first anniversary of his death.
