Anatole and Hippolyte Lionnet’s Pavilion

This pavilion of the Bicêtre Hospital in Paris is named after the twin brothers Anatole and Hippolyte Lionnet, singers and actors, who performed many times in front of the mentally ill, during some shows promoted by Désiré-Magloire Bourneville. This pavilion, as can be read on its facade, was dedicated to games, shows and lectures (Jeux, Spectacle, Lecture) for the benefit of the sick.
