The tomb of Giovanni Ruffo can be found in Bovalino ‘s cemetery (strada comunale cimitero), in his family chapel.
After a sudden and serious illness, he died in Milan on the 26th of July, 2009, and was buried in his birth town among his relatives.
On the top of the chapel the symbol of Ruffo’s Household can be seen, like the characteristic horse present also in the Ruffo’s archive.
