This bronze statue of Pamplonese physician and historian José Joaquín Arazuri can be seen in Pamplona (Calle de la Taconera, 10). The monument, sculpted by Rafael Huerta (2002), has been inaugurated in May 2003 by the Municipality of Pamplona, the Fundacion Caja Navarra, the Health Department of Navarre Government and the Colegio Oficial de Medicos, as can be read on the basament.
Dr. Arazuri is represented while taking notes, with his unfailing camera over his shoulder.
