This marble bust of Heinrich Obersteiner was created by the sculptor Richard Kauffungen (1854-1942) in 1907 for the Neurological Institute. A copy was unveiled in 1997 among the medical monuments that can be found in the arcaded courtyard of the University of Vienna (Universitätsring, 1).
