This bronze bas-relief medallion of Karl Landsteiner, was created by the sculptor and medalist Arnold Hartig (1878-1972), is one of the medical monuments that can be found in the arcaded courtyard of the University of Vienna (Universitätsring, 1). It was unveiled on 28. August 1961.
