This bust of Alexander Fleming is located at the entrance of the “Centro de Ciências da Saúde (CCS)” of the “Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro“, in Rio de Janeiro (Av. Pedro Calmon, n° 550 – Prédio da Reitoria, 2° andar Cidade Universitária). The bust is placed on a pedestal of stone bearing the following words: “A ALEXANDER FLEMING, HOMAGEM DO BRAZIL”.
