This wood memorial tablet with a bronze medallion with the face of Henry Wellcome can be seen in one of the rooms of the Osler Library of the History of Medicine in Montreal. As stated by the tablet inscription, “in appreciation of a grant from the Trustees of [Wellcome’s] estate McGill University has added this room to the Osler Library”.
