This bust represents Apollonios of Kition, it is located in Cyprus in the city of Larnaca, more precisely at the crossing between Grigori Afxentiou Street and Ermou Street. The bust was made by the english sculptor Kikis Patsalos. It was donated to the city by the Inner Wheel Group in May 2007 to celebrate the island’s most famous physician of the 1st century B.C.
