Szent Rokus Korhaz Hospital

Rókus Kórház (Saint Roch hospital) is one of the oldest and more prestigious hospital in Budapest (VIII. kerület, Gyulai Pál utca 2). Ignaz Semmelweis worked here from 1851 to 1857, as testified by the big monument dedicated to him just in front of the main entrance to the hospital.
