This beautiful marble funeral monument of Giambattista Teodosio can be found near the entrance of the church of the Santissima Annunziata a Porta Procula in Bologna (via San Mamolo, 2). There is an uncertainty about the years of his death: in Latin inscription you can clearly read “1539” (M D XXXVIIII) but in the plastic label (as well as in other sources) you find “1538”.
