Francesco Rizzoli’s Wooden Bust

This wooden bust of Francesco Rizzoli can be seen in the the third room of The “Umberto I” Library in the Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli, Bologna. On the basament there is a small plaque with his years of birth (1809) and death (1880).
