This was the country villa of Jan Mikulicz Radecki in Świebodzice (Władysława Sikorskiego 43). He bought it a few years before his death (1905) to spend there his leisure time, participating among other things in hunting expeditions organized by the then owners of the Książ Castle. The house was once decorated with numerous hunting trophies.
