This oil-on-canvas painting by Spanish painter Enrique Simonet can be seen in the Museo de Malaga1 in Málaga (Plaza Aduana), where it is displayed since 2016.
This work was painted in 1890 in Rome, probably based on an autopsy of a female cadaver recovered from the Tiber river.
