Louis Adolphus Duhring’s Portrait

This oil-on-canvas portrait of Louis Adolphus Duhring by Hugh Henry Breckenridge can be seen in the Ashhurst Room in the College of Physicians of Philadelphia. It was commissioned from Breckenridge by resolution of Fellows of the College in appreciation of Dr. Duhring’s generous bequest and in honor of his memory. It was presented in 1915.
