This Paolo Mantegazza‘s bronze bust is situated in the park behind the Grand Hotel of Rimini, where the Hydrotherapy Institute, now obsolete, once stood. Under the bust there is an italian inscription in remembrance of his contribution to the opening of the Marine Hydrotherapy Institute: “Paolo Mantegazza 1851-1910 dell’Istituto Idroterapico di Rimini primo consulente, vaticinatore ed auspice dei futuri destini di questa spiaggia” (Paolo Mantegazza prophet and promoter of the future destiny of this beach).
