This big bronze monument of Paul Joseph Barthez can be seen, jointly with the similar one of François de Lapeyronie, at the entrance of the old Faculté de Médecine (Rue de l’Ecole de Medecine) in Montpellier. The statue was sculpted by Alphonse Lami and placed in the actual position in 18641.
