This modern statue of Peter of Abano can be seen in the central public gardens of the Kursaal in Abano Terme. The Italian words “PIETRO D’ABANO / MEDICO FILOSOFO / 1250 1315” are engraved on the pedestal. The monument was restored in 2011-2012 by the local Lions Club, as can be read on a brass plaque.
