Romolo Spezioli was buried inside Santa Maria in Vallicella’s Church, also known as Chiesa Nuova in Rome (via del Governo Vecchio, 134); according with his will, he was buried in front of Saint Filippo Neri’s Chapel. Unfortunately, many tombstones were removed from the church floor, including the one of Romolo Spezioli.
