The very simple tomb where Augusto Murri is buried can be found in the Cemetery of Fermo] (Contrada Mossa).
Behind his tomb are buried his family and relatives. Alongside his tomb there is also a funeral mask on a memorial plaque which was placed there fifty years after his death by the Municipality of Fermo; the Italian inscription reads as follows: “AL / PROF. AUGUSTO MURRI / NEL 50° DELLA MORTE / LA / CITTA’ DI FERMO / 11 NOVEMBRE 1982”.
