This bronze tablet in memory of Bartolomeo Eustachi was offered in September 1913 to the municipality of San Severino Marche by the physicians of the Province of Milan. It is a work of Milanese sculptor and architect Oreste Labò and can be found in the entrance corridor to the town hall of the city (Piazza del Popolo, 45).
