Charles Best was buried in this tomb of Mount Pleasant Cemetery, in Toronto, not far from the one of his teacher and co-discoverer of insulin Sir Frederick Banting.
Together with the scientist there are buried his wife Margareth Mahon and his son Charles Alexander who died in March 1978, a few days before his father.
