Francesco La Cava is buried – with his wife – in Careri‘s cemetery in a very simple tomb of the family chapel. The Italian inscription on the tomb states: “Dr. Prof. FRANCESCO LA CAVA / N. 26-5-1876 – M. 25-5-1958”.
