This marble bust of Andreas Vesalius can be found in Zakynthos (old Vesal Square, now Fotis Ladikos Square)1. The bust was unveiled in 1965 by Minister A. Kokkevis. There is a mistake in the birthdate of the inscription, as nowadays we know that Vesal was born on the last day of December 1514.
