The tombstone of Paolo De’ Celestini can be found in the Church of Santo Stefano del Cacco in Rome (Via di Santo Stefano del Cacco). It shows a bas relief of the physician wearing a gown, with books at his feet. The inscription is at the four sides of the tombstone. The formula “doctor artium et medicinae” is noteworthy.
